Wow.  So this place is hit or miss... usually a miss.  I've gone here 4 or 5 times, but today was the last.  Wait times are terrible but I can walk home, so I never worry too much about it... but today I had to set up an appointment.  I called and was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes.  I hung up... dialed BACK in, and told them I had been on hold for 15 minutes... "I only have to set up an appointment."  "Hold on... just a minute... I promise."  15 minutes of being hold later... I hung up again and dialed another NTB.  They answered my call, never put me on hold, and took care of me within 3 minutes.  Seriously.  What a cluster****.

Exceeded my expectations. I woke up Sunday morning with a flat tire. Took it to their shop. Riley said it would take about 2 hours for them to take a look at it. 2 hours later they called to tell me they had already fixed the flat and there was no charge. Fantastic service, especially on a Sunday.

I was in dire need of new brakes.  I spent over $900 dollars for rear brakes and rotors. I didn't know how badly I was being gouged at the time and my waiting time was horrendous.  I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a busy time of the day.  Staff was friendly but not available for most of the time.

This guys working hard. It's always busy so you better book your appointment before go there. 
I came there at 7:30am and they got my tire pitched 11 am... for Free. They explained that this way they make costumers happy and they definitely want to come back. And it's true, I'll be back if I would have problems with my car.

Fast and good service.  A little pricey for a battery exchange, but prices are probably comparable to others performing same service.
