This location tried to upsell me more bull s*** than any other location I've ever been too. **I not a mechanic but my first car taught me a lot about doing my own repairs and maintenance. point being i can tell when I'm being taken for a ride** Red flags and alarms in my head went off like no tomorrow when this shop told me my oil was low (i had topped it the day before when the light came on) and that my break fluid needed changing. In Dec 17 i did the 100k maintenance. i replaced everything i could think of (tires, rotors, rear drums, break fluid, battery, transmission fluid, oil, oil filter, etc...). I went in to get my front break pads and oil changed (the tatler was squeaking and oil light came on). Ended up only getting my oil and break fluid changed (i forgot if i had done it or not. i keep detailed records at home for this reason, i should've brought them). Long story short; they kept trying to tell me stuff needed to be replaced that could not have possibly needed to be replaced. So i told them to just do the two fluids (cheap and better safe than sorry sort of thing). I'll change my own brakes (they wanted $160 to change $40 with of breaks). Honestly, it was them hounding me with their up sells more than anything that talked me out of paying them to do my breaks since they only set their prices high so they can act like your friend and discount them to reasonable. If you go here (i advise against, there's a million locations with less sleazy techs) just stick to your guns and only get the service you came in for but get a second opinion before listening to them tell you something else is wrong or needs replacing.

The manager Dave is truly the best. He is very genuine and helpful. Never recommends things I don't need. His staff is equally as friendly! Don't waste your time going to another location. Dave is the guy!

Where to start.... Do not.. do not get your windshield fixed here if you have any rock chips - they will make it worse. I was there for 2 hours for 2 rock chips needing to be fixed. Towards the end of the 2 hours I was called over to be notified of a huge crack where the rock chip should be fixed. The technician apologized to me a lot and then said he was just promoted and had a new tech on my windshield - not a good confidence boost. My insurance recommended I go somewhere else , I did not and that was a crucial mistake. After I called the manager twice he finally got back to me and said there is nothing they could do. I signed a paper saying that Jiffy Lube is not liable for any further cracking on the windshield. If this is something they do with their windshield customers I hate to see what they will do if you actually got an oil change. I will never come back to this location for any service whatsoever and I advise anyone who is thinking of going here to go down the street somewhere else. I am out a windshield for about $400 and they lost a customer for life.

Went for an oil change and filter change. stated don’t remove the air filters , the mechanics removed them anyway , said that I didn’t want them changed . This was the mess I was left with my footwell with the filter rammed back in and not secured with the panel off , and screws loose in the engine bay , not knowing this left a screw fell out and bounced around the bay potentially causing damage . First time at jiffy lube and the last . I’m showing anyone who asks these photos and advising to stay away. A month later I have noticed that the oil is low already and when I added more noticed all the t20 screws mainly missing and only 3 of 12 remained . The manager reached out once hasn’t replied back to me . Stay as far away as you can

If they tell you that they will fill your coolant and windshield wiper fluid CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. This is the THIRD time in as many trips to a Jiffy Lube location that the mechanics lie to my face that they have performed services they have not. They told me they filled both fluids to full but shortly after returning home I find they did not add a single drop. This practice should be illegal as it seems like it's part of Jiffy Lubes training on how to screw over customers. Thanks and screw you! - A customer that will never be returning
