Ryan Ken and John ARE the Bomb!

I'm amazed at how well they have treated us. John from the beginning walking in was amazing from test drive which WAS so comfortable to just talking with John to the end. Then Ken who rocked AND then dealing with Ryan was Fabulous, made sure I WAS not just perfect but better than perfect. We will return. 1st TIME getting a BMW so NOW part of the BMW family and oh boy do they treat you well!!!  Great experience, go HERE-NO place else! Ask for John you will be taken care of...

I sold my vehicle at Kuni Automotive.  The sales people were friendly and the process was quick.  However, after the sale I didn't feel that their finance person wanted to speak with me or hear from me again.  When I called with concerns I felt ignored.  Having never sold a car to a dealership before, I am now better aware of the process and could handle it better, but it would have been nice to have some better assurance.  I had to call the sales manager to feel better about the process, and I don't feel I should have needed to do that.

We recently bought a used Prius from the Auto Center. Lee and the sales manager were great to work with and negotiated a fair price for all. We liked the 72 hour return policy, which gave us time to have the car checked by a mechanic. They even agreed to re-polish the car to buffer out a few scratches. We recommend Kuni if you're looking for a car.

I bought a 3 series from Ben at Kuni Auto Center. It was quick and painless. Definitely, the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Went here last Friday on a whim; a coworker kept telling me that in getting a newer car I just had to keep trying and going to dealerships, that someone eventually was going to find me a deal I could work with.
I came in last Friday with absolutely no optimism; it was my second time actually going to a dealer, and knowing I had absolutely zero to put down as a first payment, so I really didn't think I was going to drive off the lot in a new car.
But that's exactly what happened; I got there about noon, and left at about 1:30 to go home and sleep as I was off my graveyard shift, and requested that the sales manager call me in case anything comes up. Lo and behold two hours later when I was actually at the winco nearby, I get a call saying a 0-down deal was ready for me.
So I returned, found myself an insurance policy and was able to drive off the lot in a 2012 Camry and have loved every drive since.

Big thanks to Briana and the sales manager who both oversaw my transaction with the dealership
