Xpresso Lube is more than oil change. They keep track of all regular maintenance that needs to be done on your car and they also make repairs on the spot. There is a comfortable waiting room with wifi. They are also on a frequent service bus line, so it's easy to leave your car for the day if there needs to be a repair. The mechanics are honest and patient and the prices are reasonable You can get a $20 oil change & service WITH free carwash.

First of all, we have had our 2 cars serviced there for over 10 yrs. Never had a problem. Great customer service and a nice car wash to boot. Now, I read some of the reviews and some sounded like payed ones from the competition. I know that mistakes can happen but some of these complaints were really over the top. And about pressuring for additional needed service. All you need to do is say no and then do some research later on. Anyhow, I will continue with these folks.

Went in today to get my front and rear differentials serviced and an oil change. The guy that they send in to talk you into other services is good at his job, I listened to him upsell everyone he talked to when I was there. He sold me on a break light. When I left my right blinker wasn't working neither was the break light they replaced. There was also a horrible smell and smoke coming from the hood. The head honcho was quick to come see me when I came back. He was pissed, they spilled gear fluid when servicing the final drive creating the smoke. He took control of the situation promptly. He changed the lights himself and made them service the final drive again, this time the right way. I was a little upset I had to come back, but in the end it was taken care of promptly and my final drive was serviced twice. But my car still smokes and smells from the oil spill...

Interestingly enough they have a great latte. The ambiance is industrial and like all oil change places they try to upsell you. But you get a free car wash...

My last review was three years ago when my 2006 Mazda5 was serviced here from 30k to 189k miles, I sold it with 234k miles. I am now driving 2009 Toyota Corolla and convinced periodic maintenance with Xpresso Lube will take her 250k miles. I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997 and haven't found a better place to have regular maintenance done.
