Went in to get my oil changed. Took approximately 10-15 minutes, was very pleased with the promptness. (It was very expensive though, $43, my fault for not finding a coupon). However a couple days later I checked my oil because I'm very careful with my car. It was way over the fill line. I looked up in the user manual exactly how high it should be. It was over the line the manual indicates you 'should not go over under any circumstances'. I don't mean above the checkered space on the dipstick, or in the space where the manual says it OK if you accidentally fill to here, I mean it was above the space the manual clearly says DO NOT go above. I brought it back, asked them to let it out. After arguing with some young kid who tried to tell me it was fine, he got his manager. I then got to argue with his manager, he told me the same thing, I told him I could show him in the manual exactly where it said he was wrong. He had me show him. He continued to tell me it was fine, he rechecked it in front of me twice, both times it was clearly too high. He finally gave in and had the guy under the garage let out some oil until I was happy with its level. I then left. All in all it took about 10-15 minutes of arguing with the guy to get him to spend the 1-2 minutes it took to let out the oil. I will not go back to ANY Jiffy Lube after this. By the way guys, if your oil is too high it will kill your catalytic converter. The part alone costs over a hundred, and if you don't get the cheapest part can cost a lot more than that. Then when you put in labor you're looking at around 500 dollars to get it replaced. Don't let these guys ruin your car. My review was made private by google some time ago, and I've come to restore it. The date of this review does not reflect the date I visited, which was around 3 years prior to this posting.

I'm not sure about all of the employees, but the one who processed me was a complete bozo. I asked for only the oil change and to not bother with any of the other checks that they do and the guy comes back to me and tells me my air filter is missing. K, I drive a ford focus and the air filter is a permanent air filter, you can't access it due to it's design, it's not even meant to be checked. I just wanted a simple oil and oil filter change and yet my experience there was still filled with ignorance induced drama.
