Waited an hour and a half while everyone else walked in and out because my ticket number started with D.  Seriously.  Informed the fat, lazy security guard that there was an error and he told me, and I quote, "D is for dumb, man."    Inefficient.  Ridiculous lines to wait on more lines.  Not an empty seat in the place, 10 desks, 5 clerks.  Dirpy security guard comments that "it's rush hour."  Well, okay.  If you know that its busy between 12 and 3, what incompetent state employee isn't staffing correctly?

I've always had a pleasant experience. I'm in and out in an hour. Compared to DMV in Medford? It's a country club!!!!

Medford DMV Most horrible place in the world. Workers are rude and don't lift a finger to help.

Filthy and NO BATHROOM!!! Could you as a common citizen open a public business without a bathroom. No handicapped access!!!! This is NYS??? Wait for hours and piss in the corner of the room??? Nuts

Make an online reservation or you are a fool!😵  Good seats. Overcrowded.  Understaffed with typical state workers who are indifferent zombies.💀

However,  I made a reservation online and was in n out in 10mins,  even though there were 40-50 people already there. 😲 Some folks will wait 2-3 hrs during peak times. 

Online reservation system is awesome and only suckers wouldnt use it😎
