Had a few days before my lease was up & expected to have to hit a few places & shop around before I made the switch. Port Jeff Chrysler Jeep Dodge ended up being my first and last stop! Everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, fair, and didn't put that expected "you HAVE to go with us!" pressure you always expect to feel when walking into a dealership. Instead, they made everything so simple, quick, & painless that I did not want to go with anyone else on my OWN merit! Highly recommended. Had the brand new limited edition vehicle right on the lot I really wanted in a variety of colors & packages. Walked out same day with my new beautiful lease! 10/10!

Still waiting for a call back since 9:30 am. My Jeep has a Recall and the car should not be driven. " AN ENGINE STALL EVENT WHILE DRIVING COULD CAUSE A CRASH WITHOUT WARNING" Reception was not helpful at all and when I asked for a Manager to call me back she blew me off but took my number anyway. Peter Rhein - put your family in my car and drive it until the end of the month (when supposedly they can fix it) and I'll drive your car. Or - try giving me a loaner car like I asked for this morning. So regretting not staying with Ford. Recalls happen but Ford fixes them immediately not like this bunch. Call me back!!!!!

I havent been able to post a review but if been wanting too. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tim concerning a few problems with my Truck when I purchased it (fender flair, bumper, gasket). cosmetic issues. Tim was the most personal Service Rep I have had the pleasure of dealing with. All problems were resolved on my 2014 1500 in which they could of easily said "not our problem sorry" but they didnt. The service dept there is professional and courteous. In the past I had always bought Toyota trucks and I went to Dodge because the people at Toyota service plain out suck. Needless to say I made the right choice in buying a dodge, so if you think you are being "had" or think the people are rude take it from me they are very professional and fare and the service Rep Tim was aces in my book. Kudos to you guys.

I had recently lost my challenger to an accident a few months previous. I came to Port Jefferson Dodge to look at a new 2016 Challenger. Donna Firenze, and Jeff Bell treated me like gold. Buying a new car should be a joyous happy experience, and that's exactly what I experienced. I am so happy to have been able to buy my car from this dealer, and to have such a wonderful experience. I've been to all the different dealers on Long Island, and this was BY FAR the best experience I had. Thank you so much for making a dream come true
