Wonderful service here. Bought a Groupon for a basic oil change which was easy to use. I was greeted right as I pulled in and parked. Was told it would be about 30 minutes, was actually only 20 minutes. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was their waiting room had the heater cranked and just felt dirty.

Service was fast, they topped off all of my fluids, checked my filters, and tire pressure and gave me options on others services I was due for as well. They even vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned my windows. The best part is you can stop into any of their locations in between services to top off you fluids as well. Found a great deal on Groupon to try them out.

I am so thoroughly unhappy with the service at this establishment. The only thing I can say in their favor is that they were fast. They were not friendly. Not mean, just bland. The service was expensive. Midas was offering an oil change for less than $20, but they had a two hour wait, so I came here, because they had no customers. I understand that Midas would have charged more for my high mileage oil. Jiffy Lube charges $67.99. Then they convince you that your filter needs changing. Normally, I'm more cautious, but I didn't even look. I just picked up my pet's ashes, so I'm not myself. So I spent $102 for a high mileage oil change and a filter. Now I'm reading the receipt. They say they vacuumed my floor. Lies. My carpet is covered in leaves. They also say they washed my windows. They're filthy! I didn't expect these things, but it's written right here that they did them. They lied! Don't spend your money here. Spend way too much for an oil change somewhere else.

Been using Jiffy Lube for years ignoring all the naysayers who provide their experience. Last year while getting my regular service they inadvertently dumped my transmission/front differential oil of my new Subaru. Then they tried to charge me however it was extremely premature in the life of my car so I declined. Fast forward nearly a year, en route to Portland and my transmission seizes. They used the wrong additive and did not properly close replace the drain pipe. Remember I declined to pay for service I did not request therefore it's not found on their receipt. I'm trying to avoid calling my lawyer but misdirection, wrong numbers, email addresses, and no follow up is leaving me little choice.
