Was dropped for no reason. When I went to the office to inquire, I was told I had a DUI. Not true. Have never had a DUI. Mr. Muse would not even talk to me. When I went to renew my driver's license I was told I had to get DUI cleared up. Told them I had never had a DUI. They investigated, came out and apologized to me saying it was an error and renewed my license. I think this agency caused this problem for me. Doing business in Elizabethton is unlike any where else on earth. This company has their own set of rules, and if they don't like you, they make up lies in order to drop you. Disgusting.
