plenty of meat on their bbq sandwich. very good onion rings. ribs are like chewy dog toys. they do not have a pit there but get food trucked in from interstate bbq on 3rd street. bbq sauce is great. over worked server at lunch. you can finish your meal and not get a drink refill or ticket. used to be my favorite place but went to Pepsi products and ribs have been bad a long time. seldom go there anymore

Just 10 minutes from MEM airport if you're about to leave the region and haven't yet sampled Memphis style BBQ (or are craving seconds!) A few famous local choices available, but Neely's is most famous for its pork BBQ sandwich. The house sauce is tasty and savory and not too sweet (and they are not stingy with sharing it). If that's still not enough snag a bottle for your check-in luggage.

Food was great, I got the rib tips (a plate full, plus some) the baked beans and seasoned fries. I barely put a dent in it. I also couldn't leave without trying their lemon cake which was equally delicious. The staff was nice and pretty attentive. I would definitely return!

I had the blessing of dining here. Aside from my wedding and the birth of my children, this was the best thing that happened to me. The best BBQ I have ever had.
