I went to this location and ordered three drinks... That is all... And they got all three drinks wrong... I understand that the place is busy but I didn't even order the food. The person who took my order was rushing and did not repeat my order however I repeated my order to her twice just to make sure... She still got the order wrong. I waited 45 minutes to get three drinks that were wrong so I just got my money back. The only reason they got two stars is because the car hop was very nice. I should just stop going to Sonic.

How is it that you have "1063953" drink combinations according to the Sonic website but, one cannot get a simple Minute Maid orange juice slush. The manager said that they do not have that. Sure you do! If that is the case take the Minute Maid orange juice selection off the menu. She tried to give me the runaround and serve me the orange flavored slush. I could tell quickly that it wasn't what I asked for. The crazy thing about it was I came to their location the previous morning and received the orange juice slush. I didn't bribe the employees in any way. They gave me what I asked for and I paid the price. I was coming often getting the same thing but, now I will not go back.

Brand new computerized stations don't take pymt, old ones would. Simply can no longer buy hamburger, it must be a cheeseburger and if you insist it not have cheese, you will still be charged for cheese! Personnel are nice though.

This sonic is ridiculous... the management needs to be replaced or trained correctly. We've been told they were too busy to serve customers twice. They brought us runny milkshakes and slushes and then decided to mention that the machines were broken. They've brought us the order twice and finally got it right the third time. This time I sat for 15 minutes and had to go to the door to ask for the manager. He seemed to be no older that 19 maybe early 20's. His saving grace was he gave me my order free of charge. Regardless, something needs to be done.
