Jim is very nice and his staff are all very nice too. This is a great local place to get your car fixed. Jim himself is amazingly skillful at his trade. It is, however, a little expensive. But, you get what you paid for, which is great care for your vehicle.

Absolutely love this shop. I'm a college student with no family in this state. Everything with my car is on me. Jim is probably the best, most upfront, honest, and kind mechanic I have ever worked with. I could not imagine why anyone would give them anything less than 5 stars. Absolute quality work with an amazing staff.  I cannot thank them enough for all the work they put into my RAV. This is why Tripple A has them listed!

Thank you, Jim and staff for such a great experience. You made sure I understood completely what was wrong with my beloved 30 year old Landcruiser! I appreciate that you did not dismiss it as an old waste of time and energy. Your customer service showed expert knowledge and was very courteous. She runs better now than she has in years! Thank you all again!

I am a professional mechanical engineer and an amateur mechanic.  When I cannot figure out a problem or simply prefer to have someone else do the work, Jim's Automotive is the only shop I trust to work on my cars.  This whole group is fair, trustworthy and between Jim, Dale and Henry there are no better technicians, that I know of, for diagnosing a problem.

I needed a second opinion on some work that was reccomended for my car.  Jim's was honest, straightforward, and prompt in taking a look at the car and providing detailed, clear information in a friendly and respectful manner.  And the cost was quite reasonable.  I will be taking my car back to them again!
