My experience with Car Crafters was above and beyond what I expected. There's a lot of shady body shops around town who will give you the run around, not answer your calls, give you unreal estimates or try to nickel and dime you for everything. Car Crafters did none of this to me during the repair process, and they made my 08 Mustang GT look better than before the accident I was involved in.
  Great work, I have been impressed overall by the professionalism displayed by Steve, my damage adjuster Stephanie from Geico (who recommended this shop for me) and everyone else at the location I visited during my repair process. Thanks again to Steve and everyone else at Car Crafters, and hopefully I won't be needing you again but I'm confident you'll do a great job again if needed. Very nice and friendly people, treated me from the moment I walked in like I was important and like they cared about getting me taken care of. Can't ask for a better experience, 10/10!

Steve (adjuster),Casey and Amanda went above and beyond to make this an easy smooth experience. They have everything in one building (including enterprise rental) which is also nice. One stop shop. Highly recommend. Thank you for hiring a great staff.

Well I’m just at the preliminary stages. However, from the minute I walked in until the car inspection the staff was very courteous and efficient. Stephany was extra sensitive to my time situation. I requested a shuttle ride home, Kenny the chofer was punctual and very polite.

Incredibly pleased with the outcome of my car repair. It looks better than it did before I took it in, which I never expected. My car is shiny and the inside was beautifully detailed. The only complaint I have was the lack of communication at the beginning, but that was corrected with daily updates toward the end (which I greatly appreciate). I would highly recommend Car Crafters to anybody looking for a car repair shop.
