The people at Walt's are top-notch.  They are very knowledgeable and patient with your questions.  And once you buy a bike from them, you are set for life with their lifetime free labor.  I've been in there several times to get some tweaking here and there, and they always take care of you.  Mark really worked with me to get me fitted just right (and fitting is included with bike purchase!).  All the mechanics know what they're doing and is always happy to show you what's wrong with the bike and how they will fix it.  Sarah and Ben were also really helpful in picking out the right bike for me and are super friendly and easy to talk to.  They are involved in the community, put on events, group rides, and support many community organizations.  Can't say enough good things about them!  They definitely play an important role in our community.  They're more than just a bike shop, they are much part of making our community in Columbia better.  Thanks Walt's!

Arrived with a Stan's Grail rear wheel that got damaged while shipping the bike and they provided us with a perfect, rebuilt set of matching wheels at a great price, swapped tires and cassette and sent us on our bike trip in perfect order. This is the way all bike shops should operate. Bailed us out of poor start to BRAT this weekend. Support your local bike shop and go to Walt's.
