Jim came by inbetween jobs, came only 20 minutes after the call! Asked me what I heard on my washer, what was going on, and what it probably was and quoted me over the phone. When he came it was exactly that, and didn't go up a penny. He fixed it and taught me a couple tricks how to problem solve it next time. AMAZED. He just left, I paid 60 for labor plus parts but it was well worth it. He is honest and knows alot about washers and dryers. Call Jim.

Jim is the kind of old-fashined service person. He knows what he is talking about and is not after a quick fee. I called him because my refrig is not cold enough. He talked with me at length about what I did to the refrig and what condition etc. The whole time he was not willing to arbitrarily come out for a service call because it might be better for me to consider replacing the refrigirator instead of reparing it. He told me to check the refrig again and call him back tomorrow. So, even though I have not had his service ... I know he is a good one. Paul
