We have had them out twice this year. As well as once last year and twice the year before. All for unrelated problems. Yellow jackets in different places and spiders! They treat us like family and I will never go anywhere else. Today we found a 3 foot yellow jacket nest in my daughter's bedroom wall in our lower level of our split level home as we could hear them buzzing and hitting the drop ceiling. When I called in to olds I felt like I was speaking with my sister and not a business. The lady whom answered was so compassionate and i felt her sense of urgency matched mine. 20 minutes later Corey called and said he was on the way out. By the way I am 40 minutes from there office. He was there in 40 minutes and solved our issue right away. I know he sees worse but to me that nest was the end of the world. They are life savers. I will never go anywhere else. Never. You cannot find this level of Customer service in any field these days. It's outstanding.

These folks are the fastest, least expensive, and most honest people in the pest control business! Experience has taught me to just call them FIRST!

We've used Olds on two different occasions. Both times we have had excellent, friendly, prompt service. And their prices were very low.
