Nothing against the business itself or the food, the food is very good! But when I ordered on Sunday, the driver/shift manager I got, Will, was VERY inappropriate towards me. He asked if I was alone tonight and then proceeded to search me up on Facebook after he dropped off my food and add me as friend. Extremely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. I would like to order from them again but this experience made me very uneasy. Also the person I spoke to the next day didn't seem to know what to do or say about the situation so I'm unsure of what to expect if I order again from this location.
Carryout order....they forgot half the order and while waiting just left pizza on counter so it was cold. Not the best experience. Talk about customer service. Manager read my original review and called to apologize. Had a great conversation. Willing to try again. Thank you.
First time ordering, food was wonderful. Second time, not so much. Chicken was dry, mushrooms and fries were soggy. Don't think I'll be ordering again.
I worked a 12 hour shift and all I could think about was getting me some Jimano’s on the way home. Place the order for pick up walked in it was handed my food by someone who look like they hadn’t showered or washed hair for a months. I was so disgusted I got my food and unfortunately threw it in the garbage. If that’s the person that’s been handling peoples food . Health department should pay them a visit!!! 14.00 bucks In the garage!
This locations pizza is NOT up to par with the other locations. Their crust is different and dry, sauce is spicy and we did not like the aftertaste, overall tasted horrible. Their prices are higher too. We will definitely not return to this location. Both Gurnee stores are much better.
Love their pizza and wings! The curbside and the staff recognizing when you notify them you've arrived does leave a lot to be desired. Seems a bit like they don't always pay attention to that system. I love pizza! But not here, it’s bland and the sauce tastes funky. I just don’t understand how there’s so many locations because it’s not great at all. Very expensive for poor quality
Enjoyed the pizza here until I observed the same person sweeping the floors, touching the dustpan, move to handling and packaging the pizza. Super unsanitary practice and I'm sure it happens in many places. Makes me wonder if those same hands handled the dough and put the toppings on. That was all I needed to see. Not sure why cleanliness and appropriate hygiene is such a challenge and not a priority.
They raised the prices which I understand everything is more expensive. But if you’re going to raise prices don’t also go with what ever you now call chicken strips. They were skinny and tasted horrible. Honestly not going to try and see if their pizza has gotten worse.
Who spends $9 for a salad? Instead of marking up the prices, maybe find a better competitor of your needs and sources. Customers can't afford a $50 pizza order. $5 for cheesecake $9 for a salad, $9 for breadsticks and a pop, $20 for two topping pizza, throw in a tip and you just cleaned my wallet empty. My kids got to eat but they want Christmas too.
