Far and away the weakest sandwich I have ever seen. Barely any tuna and 90% lettuce. If I wanted to replicate this sandwich I could go out to my backyard with a loaf of bread pick some grass and slap a dollar can of tuna on it for 3 bucks. $12.00 for this sandwich is more ridiculous then buying a warranty on a used car. Step up or shut down Panera, this is highway robbery.

This is the last time I ever go to Panera again...if you are going to charge $8.80 for HALF of a salad at least give enough dressing.

We placed a huge call ahead order for a clients wedding get ready brunch. The food was well prepared, hot and ready on time. The employee went through the order with me to ensure everything was correct. Nice job!

My wife loves Panera bread with my dietary restrictions. There isn't a lot I can eat on the menu.    One thing u can is a fuji apple salad.   I said what the heck and went all out on it. Added avocado, an egg and double chicken.   With all that it came out to over $16.  It was decent accept for the freeze dried apple chips.  They where so tough and chewy it honestly ruined the salad.  I also noticed they had a smoothie with almond milk.   Rare to see that so I jumped on it.  It wasn't cheap at $6 but I figured it would be worth it.  When I got it I was disappointed to see a super small 16oz cup.  Not even Starbucks charges that much for a smoothie.  It tasted ok but was super watery and for the price wasn't even close to worth it.  Total for my meal was $26.  I could have had a steak for that. I'm still puzzled why my wife likes the place so much!  Dietary restrictions: Very lacking in gluten free choices

This is what they gave me for a flatbread pizza pepperoni and sausage Half without cheese and the sausage is not even cooked well it’s all mushy .

Bought a 7.49 chicken noodle soup which came out to be $18 for 1 cup and delivery up charge is ridiculous. The food portions and prices are weak fix this place or shut it down

What is happening to my favorite Panera!? This store is in Round Lake Beach, IL.  For years it has been top-of-the-line, but recently things have been slipping badly.  Bakery items are severely over-baked as the bear claw pictured below. The bear claws often have very few almonds, and hardly any icing drizzled on them. The French baguettes are under-risen and flat, and almost impossible to cut with a sharp knife. I had a breakfast sandwich with sausage yesterday, and the sausage patty was shrunken, hard, and dried out, like it had gone over-cooked in a microwave, but it was a to-go order so I couldn’t complain and get a new sandwich!  All of this is so unusual for this  Panera. It breaks my heart !

Edit: The food quality has gone down at this location. Especially the fresh items like salads. I didn't eat my last lunch because I was worried the lettuce would make me sick. It's becoming more hit or miss than consistent.  I love finding just the right spot to sit here. My favorite is sitting outside on a nice day.

This Panera constantly forgets items and apparently refuses to put silverware in the bags when you’re ordering delivery. Highly recommend only ordering at the restaurant so at least if they mess up your order you can get what you paid for.

Person at window did not check order and failed to include the two brownies I ordered.  Why can’t people be more attentive to the customer orders!  I should get a credit for what was not given.
