The pizza was delicious. It was ready at exact quote time and the cashier is very friendly and proactive. We will be ordering here again soon. The banana peppers were a bit spicy. More so than usual.
Ordered a double dough Received a single dough Called to let them know there was a mixup Initial person was very helpful and was willing to make another pizza or credit my account until someone in the background yelled "I made the pizza it was a double!" I offered to bring it back in or send a photo as it was really no big deal as mixups happen. I was put on hold then disconnected. Called back, explained the mixup again to a different person and was told immediately without hesitation "No it was a double". Not worth arguing, it's a pizza, have a fantastic day and left it at that.
The pizza was absolutely amazing! The best that I’ve had in this city to be very honest. Prices are a bit steep but you can often find discounts or you may receive them with your order. Makes me proud to be a Chicagoan!…The land of amazing deep dish pizza everything was good! The onion rings, fries, and jalapeño poppers were all fresh and tasty. I don’t quickly jump to all reviews but they definitely earned these five stars.
Ordered an 18” pizza and got it and it was completely wrong. So I call the lady wanted to argue with me saying now we made it right and hung up on me. So here is proof you did not make it right! Can’t even take responsibility for a simple mistake $32.74 for something I did not order.
My mother ordered 3 pizzas as we were all together for my sisters birthday and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and was told it would be 15 more minutes, which would have been fine except I ended up waiting for nearly 45 more minutes before my order was ready. When mt mother called and asked why she was only told "I didn't take your order, we have other customers" with no other explanation or anything in as condescending of a voice as the employee could muster as if it is unreasonable to expect our order to be ready relatively close to the quoted time instead of over twice as long as that. Pizza was fine but there's plenty of other places that offer equal quality without the scenario described above.
Have the pizza two days before. One of the best pizza I ever had. Should I order two Italian beef 2 days after. It was fantastic. It's hard to find good food nowadays
They really need to increase the temp of the pizza by the slice display/rack. Got a slice of cheese and one pepperoni and both were barely warm…not to mention extremely doughy and dry. Probably sitting in that thing for many hours. Won’t be back for slices.
We ordered spaghetti and a pizza, three people in our group had the spaghetti and all three were very sick later that night with food poisoning, one lost five pounds as a result of the gastric results of eating the spaghetti, the other two had milder results. I called the store and they told me they had made the sauce this week, it could not be food poisoning. Did not even offer an apology, I am calling the Board of Health
Dinner night w Rosati’s is always a treat for our family, stuff pizza is our favorite w an order of fried ravioli as a side makes family night enjoyable. Rosati’s in Round Lake Beach is a must, great food and great service, you’ll thank yourself for it.
The staff are extremely kind and courteous! Delivery service was very fast! The food was outstanding!!! The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to Rossti's in Lindenhurst! I highly recommend Rodati's in Round Lake Beach!!! Kid-friendliness: All of the staff are extremely kind and courteous! Rosati's in Round Lake Beach is so much better than the Lindenhurst location!!!
