Best JJs sub I've ever had!

I order on line for lunch all the time. It takes 20-40 minutes for my food to get to me. The staff is rude when I call to ask when my food will be here and I was told by John the assistant manager if I wanted my food sooner I should place the order sooner with a delayed delivery time... . FYI this location is 2.45 miles from my work. Worse customer service EVER!!!

The cashier was so nice! Order was quick and accurate! Everyone working there greeted me! Will eat here again because of the service!

Yummy bread and tasty tuna sandwich. Would have liked a bit more filling, but it was ok. Was a bit annoyed to find they charged for the pickle, but it was good.

Hands down the worst jimmy johns I've ever ordered from. The only reason I've used them more then once is because they are the closest jimmy johns to my house but I will drive across town to avoid these disrespectful kids. Shane the "manager" was rude beyond rude and shouldn't even be in charge of whipping his own ass much less the best sandwich shop in the world. I've been loyal to JJs through out the years and this establishment is an embarrassment! Even the in store little mustache having jerk at the counter was rude. This location makes me wanna eat subway and subways spokesperson is a child molester so that says a lot!
