ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service!!! I spoke with the owner and she was rude and disrespectful, after I had been waiting for my order for over an hour. I was actually not even upset about how long it had taken, just wanted to know how much longer. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANOTHER JIMMY JOHN'S AGAIN!!!

AMAZING. They delivered to me under weird circumstances (a bit out of there range) and were super nice. Great service. Saved me from my hangover.

If I were you save your money and take it to Jersey Mike's your order will be correct.I have ordered from this particular location numerous times, and 95percent of the time the order is wrong.  Either you get the wrong sandwich or you get the right sandwich but the wrong toppings or you get your sandwich but not the side items that you ordered. This is all on online or over the phone with this particular location. This is the worst jimmy John location I have ever experienced and the store really needs to be reevaluated with the store and employees.

freaky fast has gone by the wayside. placed order at 1:10 pm and did not receive it until 1:50 pm. Then to top it off the driver was rude even though his tip was already paid via my credit card. Will not be using them again.

I have to say I am disappointed and disgusted at the treatment I have received today. My staff and I order from them at least 4-6 times a week.  I WILL NOT ALLOW ONE PERSON TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.  I have repeatedly asked for extra ice in every drink.  Every time.  I know this is little and not a big deal, at all.  I get that.  By the 5-6th delivery of HOT iced tea, you would think it would never happen again.  Today, it happened again and I called and asked for the manager, I explained that this is consistent.  His response is sorry, we don't always pay attention to the notes.  He said sorry.  I said is that it, no free drink, no ice drop off, no nothing and his response is, WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT.  OK, you literally just lost the business of all 22 employees in my staff.  and he said, NO PROBLEM.  All for a lousy soda...way to go, guys.
