Pizza was NOT hot and fresh. It arrived room temperature and soggy. Gross!

Normally I don't have such a problem but lately it's been awful. They messed up one order pretty bad and offered me $5 credit then can't seem to find the $5 credit then I order again and get this, wtf is this, it looks like my 5 year old made it. Little sauce, burnt, cinn sticks aren't cut all the way (which really doesn't matter but since other things are messed up might as well point it out). And they don't seem to have a problem with it. They need to go back to showing you your pizzas before you leave I would not have paid $30 for this that's for sure.

This was the worst experience Iv ever had with a Pizza Hut , The manager needs to go back to training for his Job, Couldn't even so a refund on my credit card, couldn't do any kind of coupons or promotions.. I will never come back here again..

I called this location in hopes that someone would deliver to my area. Spoke with Chris and he advised my address does not have a delivery location HOWEVER he said he would deliver to me regardless! Food was earlier than expected and perfect! Great customer service and delivery! Thanks Chris!
