If there was a zero star option they would get it. I love a quarter mile from this location and we frequently order there. Our online delivery time was exceeded by 25 minutes. When I called to speak with them to figure out if we should just come pick it up they told us it was already out for delivery - no biggie. But when the manager got on the phone, Nini, she proceeded to yell at me and speak very disrespectful towards me. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. VERY disappointed. Trashy people. We will never order from them again.

We use 2 locations. One for work and one for our home. The work location is top notch but the home store is not quite as good. Still overall it is good.

I was a very regular customer. Called at 10 pm tonight. On hold for a total of 21 minutes over 3 calls. I was hung up on on the first 2. No reason. Call just ended. I called and asked for a manager and was put on hold, and never got answered. 
As I said I WAS a regular, this was my fave for local delivery, but I highly suggest avoiding this location. Very frustrating. Had another pizza ordered and delivered from the competitors while I remained on hold.

Is Zero stars an option? We called and asked if they had the 7.99 carryout special. The answer was yes. He gave us a total higher than that and hung up. We arrive to have our pizza thrown on the counter, were told cash only, and asked for an even higher price than quoted. After showing him the online special, we were told to "Get the F*** out" because he was sick of people making up their own prices and doing what they want.

It's just not enough seating if you have a lot of people with you but there is a quote in there that is signed by John himself
