Was trying to place a large group order online, but was having a difficult time with the loading time of the webpage. Finally I just decided to call the store and place it over the phone, The team member I spoke with was very helpful and efficient with this process. He helped it go as quickly as possible. I haven't gone to pickup the order yet, but so far, I am very pleased.

The delivery people on bikes at this Jimmy John's have no respect for pedestrians on the sidewalk or in crosswalks. I work downtown Colorado Springs and have nearly been hit multiple times by their delivery people rushing to deliver a sandwich. Complaining to their manager is fruitless.  I'll do everything I can to make sure that my company never orders from them again.
