One of my favorite sandwich shops period. They are always tasty and incredibly fast. Their french bread is delicious and the staff have always been friendly. You can use their website to place an order for pickup or carry out.

As a frequent home Diner, I'm a very big Jimmy John's fan. The one in Hattiesburg right by my apartment delivers food to me regularly. I hate that this one is so far away from our house in Jackson. Definitely lives up to the Jimmy John's name, great sandwiches at a fair price.

I am giving them one star because it's not possible to give zero. Jimmy John's prides themselves on being fast, my order took 40 minutes and the place is literally less than a five minute drive from my hotel. I eat at Jimmy John's at home quite often and have never had a bad experience. But this delivery order was absolutely terrible. My sandwich is pretty much thrown together and on top of that I didn't even get my entire order, but I sure paid for it! After signing my receipt I asked where my drink was and I was told by the delivery driver, "yo, I must have forgotten it." Not to mention that when they arrived at my hotel the driver called me and was asked, "are you gonna come to me, or do I have to bring it to you?" Really? It's delivery for a reason...I could have let that part go until I didn't even get my entire order and was given a terribly put together sandwich. My suggestion: stay away from the location. I sure will from now on when I am in town for work.

The service was indeed fast, but I particularly don't like having to bag my own food when there's a surplus of staff members; some just standing there doing nothing.
