I ordered a pizza for me and a few friends on Sunday so we could watch the super bowl. I insisted that we go with Pizza Hut instead of Soul Shine because of the price difference but I made a horrible mistake. The pizza arrived on time and the delivery guy was friendly but the pizza was mediocre at best. When trying to tear off a piece of the pizza, it literally just ripped in half so I had to use our pizza cutter to cut it (I shouldn't have to cut the pizza myself) and the toppings just fell off along with all of the cheese. I think the dough was so brittle due to the amount of grease on the pizza (literally dripping off of the pizza). As you were trying to lift the pizza to your mouth, it wilted over to the point that you needed two hands to eat it. I wish I had taken a picture to show exactly how bad this pizza was. I ate little caesars the next day and it is a true shame that a $5 pizza can taste so much better than a $12 piece of pie. I would return in the future because I really do love Pizza Hut and I believe companies deserve a second chance but if I have this same experience again, I will not return to this location.

EASY, RELIABLE On-line Ordering! My orders have always been accurate & for the most part DELICIOUS!
 Current Staff are VERY Courteous & Friendly! This has been an issue in the past but seems to be resolved.
 I recommend to ALL Pizza Lover's!

I ordered 6 chicken wings. Was charged like $9. Got home, opened the box and found the smallest baby chicken wings I have ever in my entire life seen. So I called and ask to speak to the manager. The lady said she's the manager "which I doubt she was" and told her what happened. 
Now a decent manager would say "we are sorry and we apologize for what happened, and promise we will make sure it doesn't happen again." Instead, she said "we do not weight the wings before we sell them, we just count them!!" She did not even say sorry. Her attitude was absolutely terrible.
