HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Placed an order 7 hours before pickup for a large party. Went to pick up and the location said they had no record of my order. The attendants were rude and indifferent when I explained my situation. Back home called the hotline number and they said the large order was on record and existed but 'FAILED', but couldn't figure out why. They connected me to the location, but no one ever answered the phone. This happened on multiple call backs. This place is a dump and looked very insanitary. Pizza pans were on the floor at the left of the restaurant. Very disgusting. Probably not a good idea to eat from a restaurant next to a tobacco store and pawn shop. Pizza Hut corporate - what has become of this company?

When you call in order some Iranian takes your order in a far away place and you give them your payment info. Yes my pizza was called in bit I get there and they ask me for my payment? I'm like why do 2 people need this the store would have been enough. Done dealing with pizza hut since they outsource there business.

The place has great pizza obviously but the staff leaves alot to be desired at this location. I don't blame the drivers but the ones who take and process the orders should probably re-organize their system to be more accurate and efficient but I am not an expert on pizza but I did wait 3 hours for an order that never came. However they did credit me for my troubles and apologize and act courteous so overall it's not a bad location just some nights are hectic i'm sure. Your experience may differ entirely.
