One of the choices for me with picking a Jimmy John's any location is the quality all the produce is received a few times a week it's always fresh it's never pre-packaged quality is number 1 granted there's many different sub shops in the Chicagoland area but Nationwide Jimmy John's offers an industry-standard you can never go wrong with a Gargantuan sandwich

Well first off went in ordered a sandwich, the man at that checked me out could not answer any questions, pretty sure of you hire help they should be trained to answer simple questions about a sandwich, did not like the sandwich at . but decided to sit there at eat it. While I was doing so one of the guys working behind the counter making the sandwiches was picking his nose so friggen gross!!! Will never ever go back ever

Food was made as ordered. No issues there.

First order screw up:

Took 45 minutes to make a 1030am delivery, only going 3-4 blocks away... I tipped higher, thinking I would have my food "Freaky Fast". Also the delivery driver pulled up to make the delivery, then left out of the gate without giving us the food. THEN came back in the gate and gave the food, but never took my signature on the receipt or ask to see the card, or even my ID. It could have been fraud!! Super disappointed.

Ordered my food once again:

....its now late again. We seriously work 3 blocks away. Once again eating at my desk, because it doesnt arrive on the selected time. Why even offer a specific time on the website, if they dont do it?.....I'm done ordering from them...
