They were a little short handed today, i called to make sure they got my order because it took a little longer then normal. when they turned up with my sandwich they threw in a coupon for a sandwich a cookie and some chips. i wasn't even upset. I love JJs always have.

My name is Jennifer, and my experience was wonderful. Jimmy johns took wonderful care of me, and the delivery boy was the nicest delivery person ever. Wonderful food and customer service! Keep up the good work!

Horrible Jimmy John's​ had to wait for kids to quit gossiping to order. Bread was so stale I couldn't eat the bottom half. I love Jimmy John's hope theey can get it fixed

Clean restaurant, nice employees and literally the best sandwich (#9 Italian night club) in Texas.. it's so big, you almost have to unhinge your jaw to get a bite. It's not expensive, around the same price as subway.

Jimmy John's is pretty great. Friendly staff, timely service, and great food. I recommend the Italian night club w/hot peppers
