I went there for lunch today. Waited 25 min in drive through with NO movement. So I parked and went in. The line was 16 customers deep. I will not wait another 25 min. I left.  Since I was craving a subway sandwich (pregancy craving) I tried again at 5:20 p.m. well now they are out of bread and I have to wait 20 min for them to have more. No way! I will never go to that Subway ever again.

Drove up to the drive through and the lady said just a few minutes. No problem. I waited and waited I guess for about 20 to 25 minutes and I just gave up lol. There were only 2 cars out front so I don't know what the hold up was.

First let me tell you customer service goes a long way.  The guy that took our order was super freaking rude.  They where out of alot of stuff (including  chocolate chip cookies and white bread??) but its how you tell people that counts.  Then he made the sandwich as we are watching him through the drive-through and he lays our order on the counter and walks away.  A new lady goes to the counter starts making  a new order looks over (9 minutes later) and saw our food.  As soon as she was done she gave us our food we paid .  The lack of team work communication customer service  and inventory will cause you to loose customers.  Will not be returning  anytime soon.

knew something was wrong when they all give me a dirty look, never had any problems at this store,  sub was physically lighter than any other sub I've ever had. No Mayo, not even half the veggies i ordered, can count the shredded cheese pieces on one hand, ONE HAND, and that smudge didnt smell like anything that should have been near a sandwich!!! awful, rude, threw away cause i didn't want my dog even trying to get a piece!!!
