I can't speak for their delivery but my picky family walked in a couple weeks ago and ordered four different sandwiches, all with special instructions. The guy with the big earholes and the other sandwich maker got all of our orders done quickly and correctly.
So service was great, attentive, and when we walked in, it was clear the floor has just been washed and their were no dirty tables. I can't tell you how many times I've been in a restaurant during a slow time still to find every table dirty and workers just standing around. That wasn't the case here as everything was clean. As for the food, it's Jimmy John's so you know what you're getting.

Very first time ever going to a jimmy johns, after hearing their commercials for years. I was very disappointed. Bread is thicker then their thin sliced meat and cheese. Way too much lettuce, took most of it off and you can barely taste anything but the bread even then. It was substance on our journey, so we ate it, but it was nothing special, and nothing tasty.

Maybe should think of a new slogan if you're not always freaky fast. I waited 50 minutes the other day. But hey i guess on busy days they freaky slow.. on the bright side the week before that it took about 15 min. Overall great food and nice drivers but sometimes u gotta wait on it.

They're fast, but when I say "no ice" repeatedly, I don't mean fill my cup to the top with ice and forget a straw after it asked, "are you sure there's a straw?"
