If you are craving pizza hut steer clear of this store.  It will be worth your drive. I accidentally misordered and left my kid's cheese pizza off of my order tonight.  When the other pizza arrived, I pointed out the missing cheese.  The driver took my receipt and said he would be right back with the missing pizza.  30 minutes later I called the store for an ETA and the manager Alex said I didn't order it so they weren't sending one.  I couldn't believe they wouldn't call me to tell me no food was coming!!! I would have just ordered another pizza.  Then he was incredibly rude to me and hung up on me.  Go anywhere but here!

Literally looks like our pizza was dropped. They credited us 35 bucks but seriously. We even tipped the guy.
*update* they never sent us the the email or text for us to be compensated/receive credit for the 35.00. Thank you pizza hut for not following through and hiring careless staff. This will be the last time we ever order from here.

Horrible experience. Ordered my lunch at 11:39. Ordered one pizza and 3-20 oz Mt. Dews, after I submitted via online I called and asked for paper plates, cheese and peppers the man who answered the phone, I believe his name was Tim, he was very nice and you could tell he made sure he had it added to my order request. My ordered took over one hour to arrive and when it did I had no Mt. Dews, cheese peppers or plates. The driver had several excuses as to why it took so long but was never apologetic for the time. He then had to leave and bring back my other items that took roughly 20 minutes to get back to me. I want to add their location is 0.9 miles from me. Aside from Tim being so nice on the phone this whole experience was absolutely awful. Wish I could add pic of how my cold pizza looked when I open box.

Horrible customer attention, my wife was talking in spanish, and Adam Shotwell didn't want to take my son's cupon for a free pizza from school, never come back to this location.

This is my favorite Pizza Hut in the city. They always get my order right and they're fast-I just received my order only 20-22 minutes after I ordered! My only suggestion would be getting a Bell for the front counter. I waited quite some time once for someone to come up front to help, but I can look past that☺️
