Great meatball stroganoff. Good service, pride is taken in their restaurant. Nice atmosphere to eat with eclectic restored furniture. Highly recommended.

The best paleo banana muffins I've ever had! Can't wait to get  more and try the jams too. I bought the paleo wraps and tried them. A little disappointed to notice after I bought them that the wraps were supposed to expire the next day. As a result I only got time to eat one wrap and the others had to be thrown away. Aside from that though, extremely good experience!!! :D

I had high hopes for this place; as a devoted paleo eater I looked forward to finding some treats! I was disappointed to see that the majority of items for sale in the store are gluten free but not paleo. There were a few options for paleo sweet treats but far fewer than the GF options. They did have a few prepared meals for the paleo crowd but I left without buying anything.

I stopped by after doing a Google search for paleo food. I was looking for a paleo friendly place to grab lunch. I got the steak salad and it was amazing. The dressing was outstanding. It's not a restaurant or anything they just have a cooler with pre-made items. It was quick and easy. I'm curious to try the other food items now after having the steak salad! Good stuff. My only complaint was it was a little hard to find as they share a store and the name was not prominent.
