I had an exchange with the person on the phone that turned into an unnecessary nightmare. After 3 calls I was able to confirm my Hotel Address, HoJo on Lomas (small city) being the only HoJo in their area (their ads were in the Hotel packet.) I was intentionally placed on hold for 5 minutes, I learned that the person on the phone was the Manager. I finally placed my order and it arrived 1 hour later. The hotel Manager shared with me that he had never seen an order this late, & that the store was 5 minutes away. I have so many details that I could share to show this was a petty disagreement, meant to discourage me from ordering but I'll just give you the one star and state "Store Manager Alicia, was petty and created an unnecessary poor rating. I normally love JJ." P.s. with my background in management, I've only given a 1 star rating one other time in 5 years. Everyone gets 5 stars, or I choose not to rate. Chk#61 01/13/2018

We were regulars at this particular spot, all it takes is one screw up to lose a regular customer. Not only did it take 50 minutes to get our order, and we are literally only 5 minutes away. But the JJBLT, which was suppose to be double bacon, was light on the bacon, had only one tomatoe slice, to much lettuce, and the bread tasted like it was day old bread. I was very disappointed tonight, and I will never order from this shop again.

The employees here are very friendly! Its good to see they enjoy their job at such a great restaurant chain. The food was made to order and delicious.

Ordering was fine, order was semi-correct; the delivery driver was a COMPLETE JERK. He hands me my drinks after telling me he had to separate my order from other orders; my drink order was for no ice, so I say, "Are you sure that one is mine? I think it wasn't supposed to have ice." He scoffs at me derisively and says, "Hey, I brought it, okay?". Assuming he's had a long day, I let it go and pay him with a tip, saying, "Calm down dude, I was just asking if it was mine." He then launches into a tirade about how they're dead for 45 minutes and then "5 minutes before close" seven people place an order (My order was placed 25 minutes before close). Your website clearly states that you take orders until 3, if you don't like that then whine at your boss, not at your bosses valued customers; I'm sure he will tell you: If your store closes at 3, THEN YOU WILL WORK UNTIL 3! Do your job with a grain of integrity, kid.
If you don't want to work, I know plenty of people who would appreciate a job and wouldn't complain about the very job description you signed up for. You don't appreciate our business, you rude little jerk? Fine, we will order from Pita Pit from now on, you whiney little ingrate. You just lost probably $200 of business a month, not that that means anything to people as self-obsessed as you are. Grow up.

Great  Sandwich and it was made fast! I had my phone repaired next door, and dropped by JJ's for a bite. The sandwich was done in less than 2 minutes.. Maybe faster!  Crew was friendly and I appreciated the great taste of a simple sandwich...
