Ordered at about 10:05 pm. Was told 15 minutes. My hotel is 6 minutes away from them. Pizza didn't get here until 10:55! Are you kidding me!? And no apology for the wait!

Waited for an hour and 20 minutes for my pizza.  The delivery guy said sorry for the wait but there still warm. The pizza was cold, crust was mush, pizza was not cut,  ordered breadsticks and they gave me no sauce. Called the manager he offered me a 20 dollar credit  for their store only. I am on vacation and will never order from them again.  If you are  thinking about ordering Pizza Hut from this location think again.  Try one of the local pizza places don't make the same mistake I made.

Placed on order at 9:48pm. Online quoted an hour delivery. An hour came and went so I called and was told it would be 2hrs for delivery...what complete bs. So I still give them time because the guy was nice but then more time passed so I called back...at this point it's 11:30 and my order hadn't even went in the oven so I cancelled. I'm still polite as hell when I tell him thank you for cancelling it and the guy didn't even say you're welcome nor did he say bye. Just hung up in my face. Oh well that's Pizza Hut for ya!
