I’ve never had exceptional service at this location, but my recent experience was by far the worst. No greeting from the cashier, no response from three staff members when I asked question about the food choices—I gave up. But the food was the biggest concern. We ordered the JJBLT. There literally was 3/4 cup of lettuce on the sandwich, three slices of plum tomatoes and three slices of bacon. Each slice of bacon was two inches in length and barely covered a quarter of the wheat bread. We basically had a lettuce sandwich. Not worth what we paid. Will not be returning.

Maybe it's just me.. but not likely.. delivery times up to one hour.. my history with this location is terrible.

High potential but miss managed. Clerks don't get your order right, then argue with you.  Never we're taught "the customer is always right"

Ordered lunch for delivery at 11:30 AM.  It's now 1:10 PM and still not here.  Called the store, and the sandwich is still there.  Why would you take an order that you can't deliver in a reasonable amount of time?  Morons.

The last 3 orders I've gotten from this Jimmy John's have all been incorrect. I usually don't write bad reviews or much at all, as I'm not overly picky, but it gets frustrating ordering from a place where I pay money just to get back home and realize they screwed up my order again.
