Love JJ haven't had a sub from in years I was at an appointment and saw they would down the street so I decided to do an online order I arrived my Subs were done the employees were amazing they were getting people's orders that we're waiting on line before they could even pay for it Jimmy Johns fast I see now! Wonderful crew polite and efficient and just lovely!

This JJ rarely gets orders right and employees always look mad you are there. Get ready for a sandwich that looks like they stepped on right before they give it to you. Not worth $35 for 4 sandwiches. Two stars is at the high end for this review.

I ordered about an hour ago and still haven’t recieved anything. I never post reviews because I’ve worked in the food industry and know that it’s not always in your hands. But it’s been an hour and when I called I was just told it was out for delivery. This is my default delivery for my location and this is not the first time this has happened. It’s very common for an order to take 40+ min no matter what time of day.

Ordered 10 times over the last year, fast wait and accurate orders. One time had it delivered and it was about 45 minutes although we are only 5 minutes away. They do have a problem with delivery. But I know that the workforce pool In this area plays a factor.  Only Noodles seems to know how to hire and train staff.
