Worst restaurant ever. Rude, crude, nasty

Do not go here if you want to be respected. This business and manager discriminated against a disabled person today because they have a service dog, which is ILLEGAL. 

They were rude and continued to be very disrespectful and discriminatory even after being educated by the handler about the ADA and federal law. No one should ever be treated poorly to the point of tears over something like being disabled and needing special medical equipment. It wasn't even a suspicion of it being a fake. They wanted illegitimate paperwork while they literally watched the dog perform repeated alerts as the handler was getting upset and they STILL continued to break the law. 

I hope other handlers and others that care about civil rights and the rights of disabled people see this experience and think twice about supporting this business. The business should educate themselves and their employees and make sure this never happens again because it is totally unacceptable.

I called in for a delivery order and the guy that answered the phone had THE worst attitude. He was very short, rude and had a tone like it was a problem that I called. He did not give me a total and hung up abruptly after saying "it'll be about a half hour". The delivery driver arrives and there were charges for food I did not order. The driver(who was very pleasant and professional) calls the restaurant to get a breakdown of the order and passes the phone to me. Rude guy: "What can I do for you ma'am?" in a very rude tone. I reply that I would like  to be refunded for the additional charges and he says "That's fine! I don't really care at this point I just want to go home." I respond: I can hear that and I'm sorry but I didn't order this additional food." He agreed to refund the charges. I get into my apartment to find that my pizza was not done. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and of course this guy claims to be the manager and argues with me that the pizza is done. He knows because he made it. I told him I know he made it because he's ready to go home and tried to rush my order. He also proceeded to tell me that next time I order my pizza, I "need to order it well-done". I didn't realize pizza came any other way than well done or maybe he thought I was ordering steak? At the end of the phone call he agreed to refund my entire order after asking me if I wanted him to stay late "especially for me to remake my order." The service was horrible, I'm still hungry and it's late. I am incredibly disappointed in the service and quality of the food. I hope your experience is better than mine was because I did not do anything to deserve this treatment.
