Great sandwiches. Love them because when I'm trying to eat healthier, but have a hankering for a sandwich the wheat bread is not too bad for someone trying to be point conscience. Yes that's a WW reference. Overall place is not super tidy, tables are always dirty and 17, 19 year olds who don't take their job serious are standing around instead of cleaning the tables. Every time I walk in it's like making eye contact with a zombie. No greeting. I'm not one for small talk but a smile and greeting goes a long way. JJ's issue is you have a bunch of 19 year olds running a shop who could care less if you come in or not. Like I said before, good sandwiches, just don't don't come in expecting stellar service.

My first time there and I was surprised that they truly are as fast as the commercials show. Plus the sandwiches were very good. Would definitely eat there again.

The only good thing about Jimmy John's is that their service is fast. Their food is terrible, I'm surprised that they are still in business. I'd much rather wait a few more minutes to get a meal that is much better.

Never had a bad experience at Jimmy Johns til I went to this location. I get that it's a "holiday" so the massive line and waiting longer than usual I can overlook. I ordered a "16 no mayo add cheese". I received a 16 no tomato cut in half?... i hate having to tell people my food wasn't correct but I did. Got a 16 no mayo and no tomato...(again I never asked for no tomato) and the bread was old. If you wouldn't eat the sandwich yourself, please don't serve it to me.
