Worst customer service. They have the wrong kind of people working there act like it is  and inconvenience to wait on you. I have been to other jimmy johns and the cuyahoga falls location is by far the worst due to the staff they have. The food is good but not worth the poor service. My suggestion is to start over and hire anew staff.

I waited over and hour for my delivery. When it finally arrived all the ice in my soda had melted. My sub's looked and tasted horrible. When I called to check on my order the employee had no idea where it was or when the driver would be there. I will never eat here again.

I absolutely love this place and the people who work here. I'm not here often, but whenever I get to town I make it part of my trip. Not only is the food amazing, made with perfection and care, but the staff is over-the-top kind and courteous.
For example....one of the meats for my gargantuan needed cut...it took an entire 2 more minutes. Gosh I was stressed. Lol
But they were so kind and apologetic.
They always are.  They Sincerely thank you for everything. You feel the warmth the minute you walk in the door. You can hear their kindness towards each other as well.

This place is redicuclous. I make better subs at home. Multiple people I know has applied here and got promised the job. But when they called and asked there was always something going on then denied them. Won't even bother to pay the 1$ suv there!

Worse customer service I've ever dealt with. Manager's has no self respect. I will never order or eat from there again. I couldn't believe the disrespect i received as a customer.
