Delivery warning: the wait is always about an hour. It hasn’t mattered what time of day we order, this is the 3rd order we’ve waited that long for 2 subs. 

Won’t be ordering delivery again, which is only reason I order in general.

I ordered a Vito sub, or lack thereof. I got about 2 slices of meat, a slice of cheese and a ton of lettuce. If I wanted a slim sub, I would have ordered and only paid for a slim sub. All I could taste was bread and I was very dissatisfied and still hungry afterwards. The stingier you are on your meat and toppings, the less it makes people want to come back.

I love Jimmy Johns but the staff here suck. Everytime I order its not even close to fast, I could get a pizza faster. Then on top of that something is either wrong on my order, or they forget something. The last two orders they forgot my drink both times and took over 45min to even get here, and I dont live far. Im done ordering from this store and if you do I suggest you dont tip til it arrives.

Just went and picked up mine and my girlfriend's subs or lack thereof​ that we ordered online and we are both thoroughly disappointed with our experience. My sub (A BLT) was nothing but bread with two strips of bacon on the whole sub, a thin flat later or lettuce, and didn't even have tomatoes on it. My girlfriend's subs was ordered without mayo or tomatoes and she ends up getting both tomatoes​ and mayo on her sub. The employees here clearly can't follow simple instructions there for we will never eat at this Jimmie John's location again. Waste of valuable time and money.
