Will never order from this place again. I specifically told them I need to feed 7 - 10 people and was assured that the " family " pasta would. After it was picked up I called and talked to the manager. Then I was informed that the " family " pasta only feeds 1 - 2 people. But I was told that I could order more if I wanted. Will never order from them again and I will be making sure everybody else knows how Pizza Hut does business. Very very disgusted.

Great service. Friendly staff. GM Chelsi is one it the best gms that have been there. Place looks awesome from a year ago.

Took my family there for lunch on a Tuesday. On Thursday I got the "double" charge on my card. One charge was for the meal and the second was for the meal + tip amount. I called them on the Friday about it and they said it should be removed shortly and was a part of their new charging system. They also said that if the first charge wasn't wasn't removed, it was up to me to contact my bank about removing the charge. I told them I'd contact my bank if it wasn't removed but that I'd also tell the world about how terrible this system is for a customer. For now, I'm out $50+ for a meal I didn't get to have and its up to me to make sure the problem is corrected. Sorry Pizza Hut, that's now how you treat your customers and we have other options in town. I like your pizza but its not worth that much trouble. I can't justify ever going back if this is the way that they do business.
