My pizza was raw and undercooked. It looked like they didn't even put it in the oven. The first bite I took way soggy and wet. I was so disgusted I didn't even want to go back and get another one. I chucked it up as a loss. Only good thing I can say was the service. Nice people but horrible product. It was my first time getting pizza from there and it will definitely be my last. I was very disgusted and disappointed, usually passport is better than that. Waste of money but oh well.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they over cooked the cinnamon sticks and they didn't offer to make a new order wouldn't refund it nor did they offer any coupons or anything to that extent.. the staff was slow and unorganized and unpleasant . I would not recommend, was not worth the $45 we spent.

Expensive for a cheese pizza and I guess cinnamon sticks with cheese on them is a thing around here.. never seen that in California lol

The gluten free steak and cheese sub had minimal meat and cheese, not even a 1/2 cup. The pizza was dripping wet... and it took over an hour and a half when we live less than 1/2 mile away from the pizza place. Worst experience ever
