Great employees! They always great you when you walk through the door! They are freaking fast too! The fountain pop Coke is one of the best in Vancouver! ( i go in every weekday at lunch to get my coke).

Freaky FAST MORE LIKE FREAKY SLOW ! So I like jimmy bcuz I can called before going to lunch n they get here for my 30min lunch , not today ! Am waiting so I called 20min later they say there driver just got it they will get it here soon , ! So I waited finally 1HOUR WHEN BY N THEYRE STILL NOT HERE LET ALONE THEYRE ONLY A BLOCK FROM US THANK FOR RUINING MY DAY BOW AM 30min over my lunch n they did not offer no discount r for free r anything n 2nd time I called they were rude

Great service and great food. If you order or come in around lunch rush expect a little bit of a wait, they only have so many employees and allot of people get food around that time.

Today was not a good day for our Jimmy John experience.  We went in around 1130 am. The line was to the door, there was 1 cashier and they were out of French rolls. We were told it would be at least 15 min. We decided to try the wheat bread. The crust was hard and the middle of the bread was squished down from them cutting the sandwich in half. Not a fan of the thick wheat. Was a very disappointing experience
