I ran into this store on accident. It was a hot day in August and I thought a smoothie would be perfect so I stopped and got one. The first time I ordered, the front desk person was a nice young girl that asked if I'd ever been there before suggested I try the Watermelon Smoothie. She was right. It was one of the best smoothies I've ever had -- not too sweet and refreshing. The second time, the cashier was talking to someone and didn't even bother to say hi. Only after I said it a couple of times did she greet me back. However the food was good so I went back. Today I walked into the cafe and there she was again attending the drive through. She looked at me and didn't say a word. I got to the counter and she didn't even act like I existed. Someone from the back came out and greeted me and took my order. When the food was prepared the girl from the drive through brought me my wrap. She dropped it on my table and walked away as if I was some garbage. I literally did not want the food or drink anymore. I was a happy customer due to the friendly service and tasteful product during the first visit but she has convinced me never to go back. No matter how great the product, with that kind of service you have convinced me never to go back. Update: service has changed a great deal to the positive. I've been back about 5 times now and each time the service was fast, friendly and I felt valued. Try the wrap.

I love their food, BUT the service isn't really that great. Going through the drive thru today I waited 5 minutes at the window before they acknowledged me. AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD!! I will no longer be visiting that location. Also, there was a child behind the counter. In a food environment children do not belong behind the counter.

I would try to see how many times I could fit delicious in this post but that'd be really annoying. I'll update soon. I need to go there one more time for deliciousness and photos for the viewers

Love going here. Drinks and food are good and the service is fast and friendly.
