Staff is rude and does not listen to what is ordered. I called to complain about the sauces I requested not to be put on my sub. They sent a replacement sub and did the exact same thing they did the 1st time. When I called back to complain again he hung up in me when I requested a refund for my sub. I will not spend my money with the rude staff. You are not better then then next person. Staff should be fired and actually be put through extensive training in how to treat customers. Lost my business. They do not deserve the 1 star I am forced to give to write a review. I'll take my business to Quiznos who actually listen and respect their customers.

They should add their phone number to this listing. What's a guy gotta do to order a sandwich? Google isn't immediately of service to my chompy yummy needs.  Their sandwiches are usually spot on, and whenever it isn't they've made things right.

I work at a business right down the road. The only positive thing about this experience is the quick delivery. Some of the drivers are incredibly rude. A delivery driver stopped at my house tonight to deliver a sandwich nobody from my specific department had ordered and I told him this and he very rudely stated “I’m the only driver right now?” I’m sorry but does that make it my fault this order was sent to the wrong address? Teach some of your drivers some manners please! Me and my coworkers ended up signing off on this sandwich finding out where it truly was supposed to be delivered and brought it to them!!! I’ve had multiple bad experiences with the drivers now, I understand you are on a time frame however you have a job to do and I had to finish it for you and find out where to deliver this because he “is the only driver” now I understand why the rating for this store is so low. I’ve ordered several times in the past because you guys are convenient but now I’ll just pay a little extra for the delivery and go back to Erberts and Gerberts. Friendly drivers and the food is better anyways.

I decided to post this bc of the more negative reviews about this location. To start, I have only ordered for delivery via the Jimmy John's app on my Android, which i recommend, but I have walked in to this location in the past and had no issues. In the last month 3 out of 4 times my order has come within 15 mins, one time I ordered after 1 pm and it took closer to 45 mins. I have had 3 different delivery drivers, all courteous. My order has been correct each time, although once they forgot to cut my sandwich but that's obviously not a big deal. Maybe I just had better luck but I felt the emplyees I dealt with deserved some recognition.
