I just went to this store placed mine and my husband order. We went home opened up our sandwiches and guess what? We barely had anything on our sandwiches!!! I also asked for peppers and nope I get two little ones on my sandwich. I barely had any meat or cheese. I had to put my own mayonnaise and mustard on my sandwich and so did my husband. These are the worst jimmy johns I’ve Ever had! Oh and the bread tasted like a day old! Have fun spending all that money for nothing in return.
I witnessed how badly my coworker was treated by the delivery driver. She was signing off on an order for our manager and when taking back the receipt this old geezer snatched it back say “pfft no tip”. It was a busy day for us and none of us had time to whip out a cash tip for food that wasn’t even ours. You need to train your employees better
This location should close down or get new ownership. There is ALWAYS an issue. How can you have “freaky fast delivery” when you’re always cancelling someones order due to not having delivery drivers or closing unexpectedly during hours you should be open.
I work down the road from this location and my manager had food delivered and since she was busy, she had me sign off on the delivery and the delivery worker ripped the receipt from my hand and aggressively said "pfft no tip?" It was not my delivery and I was currently working so obviously I would not be able to give a cash tip. Train your workers and teach them actual customer service since they're clearly lacking and getting aggresive at their customers.
Placed an order today and received the wrong sandwich for the second time in addition no ice at all being provided in the drinks. I called and spoke with this store's manager to request a refund back on the card I used because the order was incorrect. First she refused to give me a refund at all and would not give me the full amount I paid for a credit to the account. It is unacceptable to receive this type of customer service and I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. If something is incorrect with an order there is no excuse to nickel and dime a customer for the store's own mistake. Own the mistake and ask how you can make it better. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this behavior representing their corporation.
Placed an order online, waited for the order to arrive. It never came. Received a phone call but no message. When I called the store the person that answered the phone said the order was cancelled because they didn't have a driver. I asked if they leave messages when they call people, he said No. That makes absolutely no sense...with as many spam calls as people get these days it makes zero sense to not leave a message. He also said, he didn't know the phone number to leave a call back number and it was simply a courtesy call. RUDE!
Subpar customer service. Got takeout and they messed up my order did not get the avocado add-on that I asked & paid for
This use to be my favorite sub place. We went through drive thru, they were out of hard salami, not a problem. We ordered and pulled up. Saw three workers and as we paid, 2 of them disappeared in the back. The only one left seemed new and messed up the order after spending 20 minutes making the 2 subs ordered. Tragic.
I used to always order from this location, but the quality, customer service and overall experience has declined. Upon my arrival at the drive thru tonight I was informed that the turkey had bird flu from the young man on the mic. I haven't heard of any avian flu outbreaks, recently. I even looked it up extensively and couldn't find any truth to what weird information I was being told. I'm just really disappointed. Needless to say, I did not order anything, additionally, I will not be returning to this location, or a Jimmy John's establishment probably ever again.
Slowest service of any JimmyJohns. Be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes
