Don’t come to this location. I asked for extra mild sauce and she says we aren’t allowed to do that. I never had a problem with that at any other Taco Bell I have ever been to. Won’t be back to this location again. They have poor customer service. I have been a manager for 20 years and this is not the kind of customer service you give to customers.
Employees here hate their job. They have complained to me every time I've ordered drive thru. Was told that I needed to wait right when I pulled up instead of receiving a polite greeting. The one female worker even took a bathroom break when I was ordering food and then came back and said I'd need to wait 10min for my food. I told her I was in no hurry and waited the 10min for 5 tacos. Surprisingly, they even gave me the wrong order. Place is a mess. Management needs to fix this before people start calling corporate. Not lieing when I say this is hands down the worst customer service I've ever received and I've traveled quite a bit. 0/5 for service.
What is this?? Cheesy roll up without any cheese I mean come on. And not even made properly. I could have made my own at home.
Called Nick the GM today he was great but our service last night was terrible. Said he should be able to refund this. Waited 45 min in line last night - had a drunk guy come up to my wifes window and I got out the car and sped off. Then got our drinks, and then we only got three tacos. We ordered $33.45 worth of food and never got a receipt or anything. Do not go here at night service is terrible.
Don’t waste your time with this location, take the extra time to drive to the Kenny location. Don’t pay attention to the hours of business listed, it doesn’t matter!! They are constantly closed by 10pm, and the staff is so rude. Why even have a location if it’s not even going to stay open past 10? Plus the quality of food you get at the Kenny rd location is 10x better. Thank god there is a McDonald’s on the same corner of this location. Just close this store already the workers clearly don’t want to be there….
1. The phone number listed on both Google maps and on Apple maps is never answered - after ~ 20 rings a Fax machine answers. I've tried many, many times, including once when they didn't give my credit card back in the drive through - so I had to drive back over just to confirm it was there! 2. The lobby lately is closed virtually all the time, making coming back for order mistakes or issues much more frustrating because now it's gotta be in the drive through. 3. Ordered my usual today, only get it about 4-5 times a week, and they messed the order up. How can I get that fixed?! That's right, I'd have to drive back in this blizzard because they don't answer a phone. DO BETTER.
Ordered $18 worth of food. They tried to send me off with a hard taco and a bag of chips. When I received my order it was the sloppiest mess of ingredients I’ve ever seen. No sauce or napkins either. No one else was in the drive through the entire time. Will not return - there are better locations.
Came to get something quick around 11 pm lol White long hair guy said there closed. How? Usually close at 2am. Taco bell Corp needs to look at this store
Watch what you order. They always short you putting no sour cream but yet charge you for supreme. 4th time so it's common practice here. Terrible training and management needs to step up!Food: 1/5
Don't waste your time going to this location. Employees are rude and orders are consistently incorrect. Have placed multiple orders through the app only to be told they are closed once arriving.Food: 1/5
