This was my second time going to this location, the 1st time ended up with a dry sandwich, but I was thinking maybe I need to tell the specifically every ingredient.  So today I went and I ordered the Turkey Sub only to end up with a sub with pepperoni and other meat that I did not order.  I also asked for mayo, mustard and sprouts as they said you have to ask for only to get yet another dry sandwich with none of the above.  So I called the manager he said I can bring the sandwich back and they would give me another one or I can bring my receipt back.  Well they did not give me a receipt or my girlfriend a receipt.  I work in Stone Mountain and told him that I could not come back because I was on my lunch break and that I did not know when I would be coming back.  He said he could only accommodate me with a refund or the correct sandwich (which is all I wanted) IF I had my receipt or the sandwich.  I asked that he make an exception because not only did the cashier mess up by not giving us our receipt the guys who made the sandwich clearly messed up as well.  I expected them to make it right by taking my info down for a later time, for me to come in to get the sandwich I asked for.  Holding on to a sandwich to swap out is bad service and not accommodating for a person who works 20 minutes away and lives on a total opposite side of town.  To chump it up to "we all make mistakes" is definitely not acceptable.  My girlfriend said your sandwiches were really good so I decided against my better judgment to try you all again.  NEVER AGAIN and you all give the FRANCHISE a bad name!!!!

Today I went there and a very rude girl wouldn't put my sandwiches in a bag. She told me to help myself. Didn't give me my receipt,forgot my pickle and basically ruin my experience  with her miserable self. Prople like her don't deserve to work. People like that makes the entire business look bad.

This place has gone downhill, and I'm sad to say I can't justify going here any longer. As a regular of the franchise, I would love to give this place a 5-star, but they seem to have a major misunderstanding of how the order of ingredients matters, for example mayo+oil/vinegar should not be put together on a sandwich or you're going to make "milk". 

I think this location needs franchise retraining.

It smells terrible in here and there is one poor guy behind the counter making take out and counter orders.  20 minutes for a sandwich.

Had a very very good experience.william was very friendly. With a smile . The service was great.location was very clean.we will go back.
