A lot of Youtubers said don't buy anything at Gamestop. Well, the staff at this store happen to be very nice and friendly, and help me to pre-order a PS4 Pro God of War Edition. Very helpful. I have to recommend, at least this local store.

Was very helpful when helping me transfer over my preorder purchase from a different GameStop location since the original branch didn't participate in the midnight release of a game. Employees are very friendly as well.

Not exactly sure about all these iffy reviews. I've been going here for a little while and I've always had a fast, easy and helpful experience. Of course, with every store of any variety, it is difficult to please everyone at all times. Take all of these reviews (including my own) with a grain of salt, as there is no way to be sure if you are the type of person that would enjoy or dislike the experience; aside from going in and seeing for yourself.

I'm giving three stars because the store associate couldn't reset Xbox 360. Advertised the iPhone 5s trade-in $145 with cosmetic damage OKAY but once he rang up he said it was $45 only even though the website didn't state that. The trade-in values DID NOT MATCH as they were cut in price by 2/3. Whole process took 1 1/2hrs. These trade-ins are up to the store manager's discretion. I should've went to another store with a more seasoned and professional store manager to get the most value out of the products.
